In KLASH Private Limited yarn Store, Yarn Stocked with a large Capacity of Ecru Yarn, Melange Yarn and Sewing Threads.

Our daily capacity of Yarn Store is 50,000 KG and monthly capacity is about 1.5M KG

Within the yarn dyeing department, there are several subdivisions: SOFT WINDING, DYEING, HARD WINDING, DRYER, and HYDRO. Each of these departments houses machines with varying daily and monthly capacities.

Our yarn dyeing daily capacity is 6700 KG and monthly we have capacity is about 200,000 KG.

In order to create top-tier knitted fabric, it’s crucial to obtain high-quality raw materials and latest machines. KLASH ensuring to produce superior fabric as per requirement.

The Knitting department subdivides into four additional departments: Twill Tape, Draw Card, Flat Knitting, and Circular Knitting.

We have the capability to produce around 1.1 million kilograms of the finest quality fabric per month through knitting.

The Fabric Dyeing section at Klash Dye house boasts a range of advanced machinery including Sclavos Venus (HT-1, HT-6, HT-3), Sclavos Athena (HT-1, HT-3, HT-6, HT-2), and Airflow HT-4 dyeing machines. These machines are adept at dyeing both 100% cotton and blended fabrics.

Our daily dyeing and finishing capacity is 40,000 KG, while on a monthly basis, we can handle up to 1.2 M kilograms of fabric dyeing and finishing.

 

 

 

 

 

In our finishing department, we utilize a variety of machines such as Slitters, Squeezers, Hydro Extractors, Dryers, Stanters, Tumblers, Raisers, Sueding machines, Tubular Compactors, and Open Width Compactors.

These machines are equipped with features such as automatic hydro-extraction and slitting for moisture removal, rapid dryers, computerized compaction for precise shrinkage control, and tumble dryers for minimal shrinkage.

Each machine plays a crucial role in ensuring the completion of finished fabrics to the highest standards. Before moving to the next stage of production, all fabrics undergo thorough inspection to ensure quality.

 

Our Quality Control laboratory holds accreditation for serving clients such as Next, C & A, Marks & Spencer, Flyers Group, Tesco, and Brand Alliance. Moreover, we are actively pursuing certifications to cater to additional customers.

The current testing capabilities of our quality control lab include handling colorfastness, washing, water, etc., conducting physical tests such as fabric weight, and assessing garment appearance after wash.

Quality checks are implemented at each phase of production, beginning with Yarn, Fabric, Processing, Cutting, Stitching, and Packing. Prior to cutting the fabric, thorough assessments are made to ensure it meets the customer’s criteria.

 

Our cutting units boast advanced machinery such as the Gerber Plotter, Auto Spreader, Auto Cutter, Band Knife, Spreader, and Bierrebi.

The cutting department utilizes CAD/CAM systems for pattern design and grading. Its cutting-edge auto lay marking and plotting technology minimizes fabric wastage and maximizes fabric efficiency.

To maintain a steady supply of cut panels, manual laying and cutting production operate concurrently to meet stitching requirements.

Our printing department is equipped with state of the art automatic printing machines which runs through the different color scheme to ensure the desired look and quality.

With a daily output of approximately 70,000 garment prints and a monthly capacity reaching 1.8 M pieces.

 KLASH operates three distinct printing departments, each equipped with varying numbers of auto and manual machines, curing stations, embossing units, printing tables, exposing cameras, framing setups, mixing stations, heat beds, and flocking equipment.

The Embroidery division at KLASH comprises two sections, each equipped with distinct machines, each with its own capacity as outlined below.

We can embroider approximately 11,500 pieces daily, and on a monthly basis, our range for garment embroidery extends to 299,000 pieces.

The sewing thread production line comprises 17 dyeing machines with a combined capacity exceeding 450 kilograms.

Additionally, there are 20 machines including Hydro Extractors, Automatic High-Speed Cross Cone Winders, Cone Winding Machines, and Reeling Machines, each equipped with a capacity of 136 spindles.

We have overall 216 flows in all stitching units fully equipped with 6,000 machines such as Lock Stitch, Over Lock, Flat Lock, Button Attach, Button Hole Bar Tack, EYELET Tipping and CLIPING. This gives us flexibility and speed to produce many types of garments simultaneously.

We have the experienced and technical team in production and quality which ensure the tailoring art of stitching. A crucial element contributing to our growth and ensuring customer satisfaction

Our combined monthly capacity for complete stitching production is roughly three million pieces, with a daily output of one lakh pieces across all stitching units.

The KLASH warehouse racking systems implemented in these environments are designed to efficiently arrange and store products of various sizes and types.


Our warehouse has the capability to pack 100000 pieces per day and 2.6 million pieces per month. Additionally, our storage capacity ranges from 1.2 M to 1.5 M pieces.

DYEING IS A HIGHLY WATER INTENSIVE PROCESS. WE UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF REVERSING THE IMPACT WE HAVE TO THE ENVIRONMENT AS BEST AS WE CAN. WORKING ON REDUCING OUR WATER USE AND TREATMENT OF WASTE WATER ARE FUNDAMENTAL TO OUR SOLUTION.

FOR A DECADE NOW KLASH HAS BEEN ONGOING ITS EFFORTS TO ENSURE THAT EFFLUENT DISCHARGED INTO THE ENVIRONMENT MEETSNEQS (NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY STANDARDS). THE COST OF INSTALLATION IN 2012 WAS 70 MILLION PKR AND RUNNINGMAINTENANCE COSTS OF 70,000 PKR DAILY. THE WWTP DEALS WITH A LOAD OF 150 M?/DAY OF EFFLUENT, IT CARRIES OUT PRIMARYAND SECONDARY BIOLOGICAL TREATMENTS TO ATTAIN THE REQUIRED WATER LEVEL QUALITY.

KLASH HAS SUCCESSFULLY TRIALLED ITS TERTIARY PILOT PLANT FOR RECYCLING OF TREATED WASTEWATER, WITH ITS TARGET TO INSTALL 75M?/DAY TERTIARY PLANT BY THE END OF 2025 TO ACHIEVE ITS GOAL OF RECYCLING THE WASTEWATER TO REUSE IN THE DYEING PROCESS.

KLASH HAS INVESTED IN SOLAR ENERGY FROM 2020 IN ITS K1 UNIT. THE INSTALLED CAPACITY OF PHOTOVOLTAIC IS 100 KWH, WHICH GENERATE 380 KWH/DAY & MITIGATES 60 KG
CO2E EMISSIONS PER DAY.

IN 2021, A FURTHER PLANT ON K4 + K5 UNITS WAS INSTALLED. THE INSTALLED CAPACITY OF PHOTOVOLTAIC IS 600 KWH, WHICH GENERATE 2300 KWH/DAY & MITIGATES 340 KG
CO2E EMISSIONS PER DAY.

KLASH LOOKS TO ADD FURTHER SOLAR PLANTS WITH A PLAN TO INSTALL ANOTHER 600KWH PHOTOVOLTAIC BY 2023 IN AID TO REDUCEITS DEPENDENCY ON NON-RENEWABLE
ENERGY RESOURCES.

WORKING ON REDUCING OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT AND PROVIDING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY A GREENER SPACE IS CRUCIAL TO THE WELLBEING OF OUR WORKFORCE FROM TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND IMPROVING THE AIR QUALITY.

IN 2021, KLASH PLANTED 1000 TREES ON A STRETCH OF MAIN ROAD SPANNING 300 METRES OPPOSITE TO THE FACTORY. THE EFFECT IS APPARENT, AND THE BENCHES INSTALLED UNDER THE TREES HAVE BEEN USED WIDELY BY THE WORKFORCE IN BREAK TIMES.

SINCE 2012 KLASH HAS BEEN MAINTAINING A GREEN SPACE WHICH INCLUDES A PLAYGROUND, WALKING TRACK AND CRICKET SQUARE FOOTBALL GROUND IN MILLAT TOWN. THIS HAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE BETTER HEALTH AND WELLBEING FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. FURTHER IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PARK HAVE BEEN FLOOD LIGHTS, WATER SYSTEM FOR GRASS AND FURTHER PLANTATIONS.

FROM 2010 KLASH ADOPTED ‘GOVT. HIGH SCHOOL 117 – JB DHANOLA FSD’ FOR THE UNDERTAKING OF PROVIDING BETTER EDUCATION TO THE CHILDREN IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS IN THE FORM OF TABLES, BENCHES, COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SCIENCE LAB EQUIPMENT HAVE BEEN PROVIDED. CONTRIBUTION TO TEACHING STAFF WAGES AND BUILDING RENOVATION, ENSURING THE RIGHT CLASSROOM CONDITIONS FOR A BETTER LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.

OTHER FACILITIES WHICH HAVE BEEN PROVIDED INCLUDE NEW CLASSROOMS FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE SCHOOL, WATER CHILLER IN ADDITION TO THE EXISTING CLEAN DRINKING
WATER PLANT AND GREEN SPACE PLAYGROUND FOR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. THERE ARE CURRENTLY 1400 CHILDREN STUDYING IN THIS SCHOOL FROM AGES 4 – 16 YEARS.

KLASH CONTINUES TO MAKE MAJOR CONTRIBUTIONS IN PROVIDING ACCESS TO CLEAN DRINKING WATER FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ACROSS PAKISTAN. 20 DRINKING WATER R.O PLANTS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN DIFFERENT AREAS INCLUDING LOCAL SCHOOLS, GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL AND BUS STANDS IN FAISALABAD CITY AND IN REMOTE LOCATIONS.

THE INVESTMENT FOR THE 20 PLANTS IS 30 MILLION PKR. FURTHER MAINTENANCE COSTS WORK OUT TO BE 700K PKR PER MONTH TO ENSURE ALL DRINKING WATER PLANTS CAN CATER PROPERLY FOR UP TO AROUND 30,000 PEOPLE.

KLASH HAS BEEN INSTALLING WATER DESALINATION SYSTEMS ALONG WITH REVERSE OSMOSIS DRINKING WATER FILTERS IN PUNJAB REGION SINCE 2016 TO PROVIDE SAFE POTABLE WATER FOR BETTER LIVING FOR EVERYONE.

KLASH HAS CONTRIBUTED 12 MILLION PKR TO THIS PROJECT. THE HOSPITAL IS FULLY OPERATIONAL WITH UP TO 40 BEDS, ER ROOM, MALE AND FEMALE WARDS AND 8 MBBS DOCTORS.

THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN IS A BLESSED MONTH FOR MUSLIMS IN WHICH KLASH WORKS HARD EACH YEAR TO PROVIDE THE DESERVING WORKFORCE AND LOCAL COMMUNITY A FOOD PACKAGE TO HELP AID THEM IN THEIR MONTH OF FASTING. THE PACKAGE CONTAINS STAPLE FOODS WHICH WILL HELP AID FAMILIES IN PREPARING THEIR MEALS FOR SUHOOR (PRE-DAWN) AND IFTAR (SUNSET) AT TIME OF BREAKING THE FAST.

THE PROJECT FACILITATED IN 2022 UP TO 14,000 FAMILIES WORKING AT THE FACTORY. PLUS 1000 FAMILIES FROM THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, TOTALLING TO 15,000 PEOPLE. EACH FOOD PACKAGE COSTS 4,935 PKR. THE TOTAL COST FOR THIS PROJECT WAS 74 MILLION PKR (£280K).

KLASH IS CERTIFIED WITH GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARDS (GOTS). THE PRODUCT SCOPE CONSISTS OF 100% GOTS. KLASH IS CERTIFIED WITH GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD (RCS). THE PRODUCT SCOPE CONSISTS OF MIXTURE OF RECYCLED POLYESTER WITH OTHER CLAIM MATERIAL.

KLASH IS CERTIFIED WITH ORGANIC CONTENT STANDARD (OCS). THE PRODUCT SCOPE CONSISTS OF 96% OCS ALONG WITH
MIXTURE OF BLENDS. KLASH IS CERTIFIED ON THE BCI PORTAL.

KLASH IS CERTIFIED WITH OEKO-TEX STEP 100 CERTIFICATION, A THOROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT SYSTEM.

Corporate Social Responsibility

KLASH management has developed a park with the collaboration of the local govt. which is called “Klash Park”. A few years ago, this land was totally raw. After that KLASH management has taken the sustainability initiative & has invested 1 to 2 million PKR to convert this useless land into a gorgeous park by plantation, lighting & sitting benches, and installation of water pumps for the local community. However, a gardener has been deployed on its payroll to look after the park.

KLASH management has taken a sustainability initiative to develop a park near motorway Sargodha road which is called “Kamalpur Interchange Park”. KLASH management has invested 1.5 to 2 million PKR in this project. Further, it is inaugurated by the federal minister of climate change Ms. Zartaj Gul. She appreciated all the company management for their sustainability initiative to control climate change effects.

It is also a great initiative by the KLASH management to provide a “Drinking water Plant” for different places inside /outside the city. The cost of 1 drinking water plan is 2 million PKR. However, 15000 to 20000 PKR is the maintenance/operational cost of 1 plant. KLASH management has contributed 60 to 70 drinking water plants in different areas till now.
KLASH management is also contributing to a local government school shape by providing science Lab equipment, school furniture, & teachers’ salaries every month. The company has contributed 1.5 to 2 million PKR to this project. However, it is an ongoing project & the company is paying 400,000 to 500,000 PKR in the shape of school staff salaries every month.
