30 Hours Construction Industry Compliance Requirements - PSC/COU-1089

This course will offer participants a detailed understanding in various segments, which are not limited to:

1. Introduction: Overview of the construction industry compliance requirements as outlined by OSHA, the importance of understanding and adhering to these requirements to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
2. OSHA Standards and Regulations: Overview of OSHA standards and regulations specific to the construction industry, how to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
3. Fall Protection: Overview of the requirements for fall protection in the construction industry, how to properly use and maintain fall protection equipment, the importance of employee training on fall protection.
4. Scaffolding Safety: Overview of the requirements for scaffolding safety in the construction industry, how to properly set up and maintain scaffolding, the importance of employee training on scaffolding safety.
5. Excavation and Trenching Safety: Overview of the requirements for excavation and trenching safety in the construction industry, how to properly set up and maintain excavations and trenches, the importance of employee training on excavation and trenching safety.
6. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):Overview of the requirements for PPE in the construction industry, how to properly select, use, and maintain PPE, the importance of employee training on PPE.
7. Cranes and Hoists Safety: Overview of the requirements for crane and hoist safety in the construction industry, how to properly set up and maintain cranes and hoists, the importance of employee training on crane and hoist safety.
8. Concrete and Masonry Safety: Overview of the requirements for concrete and masonry safety in the construction industry, how to properly set up and maintain concrete and masonry equipment, the importance of employee training on concrete and masonry safety.
9. Electrical Safety: Overview of the requirements for electrical safety in the construction industry, how to properly install and maintain electrical equipment, the importance of employee training on electrical safety.

Training will be conducted via Microsoft Team Meeting, online. Meeting invites will be shared on the day before the first day of training.
