This course will offer participants a detailed understanding in various segments, which are not limited to:

5. Reporting and Follow-up: Techniques for reporting on the results of an audit, how to provide feedback to the organization and make recommendations for improvement, how to follow-up on corrective actions and verify their effectiveness
6. Auditing Quality Policy and Objectives: How to review and evaluate an organization's quality policy and objectives, how to assess the effectiveness of the policy and objectives in achieving compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, techniques for identifying areas for improvement
7. Auditing Planning and Implementation of QMS: How to review and evaluate an organization's planning and implementation of a QMS, how to assess the effectiveness of the planning and implementation in achieving compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, techniques for identifying areas for improvement
8. Auditing Measurement and Evaluation: How to review and evaluate an organization's measurement and evaluation of quality performance, how to assess the effectiveness of the measurement and evaluation in achieving compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, Techniques for identifying areas for improvement
