This course will offer participants a detailed understanding in various segments, which are not limited to:

1. Introduction to Safe Usage and Handling of Flammable Liquids:  Overview of OSHA regulations and standards for flammable liquid safety, importance of safe usage and handling of flammable liquids , risks and hazards associated with flammable liquids
2. Flammable Liquid Properties and Classification: Understanding the properties of flammable liquids and their potential hazards, familiarizing with the different classes of flammable liquids and their flashpoints, identifying flammable liquids and understanding their hazards
3. Storage and Handling of Flammable Liquids:OSHA regulations and standards for the storage and handling of flammable liquids,  implementing safety measures such as proper storage, ventilation, and fire protection,  conducting regular inspections and maintenance of flammable liquid storage areas
4. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Understanding the requirements for PPE when handling and storing flammable liquids, familiarizing with PPE such as flame-resistant clothing and gloves, training employees on the proper use and care of PPE
5. Fire Prevention and Protection: OSHA regulations and standards for fire prevention and protection when handling flammable liquids, implementing fire prevention and protection measures, training employees on fire prevention and protection procedures
6. Emergency Response: Developing emergency response plans for flammable liquid spills, understanding the requirements for spill containment and cleanup, training employees on emergency response procedures
7. Safety Management: Understanding the role of safety management in the safe usage and handling of flammable liquids, assessing the effectiveness of safety programs, implementing strategies to improve safety programs
8. Inspection and Auditing: Understanding the importance of regular inspections and audits of flammable liquid storage areas, Identifying and addressing potential hazards during inspections, Implementing an inspection and audit schedule for flammable liquid storage areas
