1. Introduction: Overview of the importance of safe operations for boom truck operators, the potential hazards and risks associated with operating a boom truck
2. Pre-operational Inspection and Maintenance: The importance of conducting a pre-operational inspection of the boom truck, how to identify and report any maintenance issues or defects, proper maintenance procedures for the boom truck
3. Load Chart and Weight Limitations: Understanding the load chart and weight limitations of the boom truck, how to determine the weight of a load and ensure it is within the limits of the boom truck, the consequences of exceeding the weight limitations of the boom truck
4. Boom Operation and Extension: The proper techniques for operating the boom and extending it to the desired height, how to safely and efficiently move a load with the boom truck, understanding the limitations of the boom truck's reach and capacity
